we can use cross-multiplication


\begin{gathered} 95\longrightarrow60 \\ 100\longrightarrow x \end{gathered}

where x is the real speed


\begin{gathered} x=(100*60)/(95) \\ x=63.15 \end{gathered}

the solution is 63mph
