As, the mass is in rest, the x-component of the force must be zero.


\begin{gathered} F_2(x)-F_1=0 \\ F_2(x)=F_1 \\ F_2(x)=28.0\text{ N} \end{gathered}

Therefore, x component of the second force is 28.0 N.

Balancing y component of the force,


\begin{gathered} F_y=W \\ =mg \\ =7.3*9.8 \\ =71.54\text{ N} \end{gathered}

Therefore, y component of the force is 71.54 N.
