We have to use the point-slope formula to find the equation

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

Where,

\begin{gathered} m=2 \\ x_1=3 \\ y_1=-5 \end{gathered}

Let's replace these values

\begin{gathered} y-(-5)=2(x-3) \\ y+5=2x-6 \\ y=2x-6-5 \\ y=2x-11 \end{gathered}

To find the standard form, we have to move all the terms with variables to the left side of the equation. So, the standard form is

-2x+y=-11

Where A = -2, B = 1 and C = -11.sw
