Explanation:

This is because angles 1 and 2 are supplementary meaning they equal 180 when added together so all you have to do is take 180-81 (angle 2 was given). Which results in 99. Then you find angles 3 and 4, which shows vertical angles (angles across from one another) and they are congruent. so <4 is congruent to <2, both would be 81. <3 is congruent to <1, both would be 99. Next you have to find the consecutive interior angles, angles inside the transversal on the same side. All you need is to know that these types of angles equal 180 degrees, so if <4 is 81, 180-81 is 99 degrees. Now you have angle 5 and can use it as a vertical angle for angle 7 which would be congruent resulting in it being 99 as well. Sorry for the long response, hope this helps!
