Explanation:

A is on (1,-1) and A' is on (3,-3) 1*3 is 3, so the dilation is 3 on the X axis and 1*3 is 3 so 3 on the y axis.

B is on (1,1) and A' is on (3,3) 1*3 is 3, so the dilation is 3 on the X axis and 1*3 is 3 so 3 on the y axis.

C is on (2,0) and C' is on (6,0) 2*3 is 6, so the dilation is 3 on X axis and since the y axis is 0, it does not matter.
