the answer is y=4/5x - 12

explanation:
the problem already gives you the slope so you just have to plug the numbers in (x,y) and multiply the slope with x. once you do that subtract what ever you got to isolate b by its self. and you will have the answer

example how to do it:
what’s the equation, it has a slope of 4/5 and passes through (10,-3)

y=mx+b
-3 = 4/5(10) + b
-3 = 8 + b
-8

-12 = b

y = 4/5x - 12
