Answer: y = -7x-2

Explanation:

Perpindicular lines always have the opposite reciprocal of the original line's slope. so the opposite reciprocal of 1/7 is -7, and the reason why I put the -2, is because -7(-1) +2 = 5, which creates the coordinate (-1,5).
