Some police officers want to search Ryan's private property because they suspect him of hiding criminal evidence. However, they just have a

hunch about Ryan's involvement. They are not being able to secure a search warrant from the court. Which amendment of the Bill of Rights
seems to protect Ryan in this situation?

A. Amendment 4 because it’s “freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures” pretty much police officers aren’t allowed to look into someone’s property without a warrant. Hope that helps :P
