we have that

The formula to calculate the circumference of a circle is equal to

C=2\pi r

Solve for r

That means

Isolate the variable r

so

Divide on both sides of the formula by 2pi

(C)/(2\pi)=(2\pi r)/(2\pi)

Simplify

r=(C)/(2\pi)

For

C=75.3 m

and

pi=3.14

substitute in the new formula

\begin{gathered} r=(75.3)/(2(3.14)) \\ r=12.0\text{ m} \end{gathered}
