To graph this

y = 3/2 x + 2

Put x = 0

y = 3/2(0) + 2

y= 2

The first point is x=0 y=2

To get the second point

put y = 0

0 = 3/2 x + 2

subtract 2 frpm both-side of the equation

3/2 x = -2

multiply both-side of the equation by 2/3

x = -4/3 = -1.33

The second point is;

x = -1.33 y=0

Below is the graph attached
