let's find y in terms of x:

\begin{gathered} 6(x-y)=19 \\ x-y=(19)/(6) \\ y=x-(19)/(6) \end{gathered}

Therefore:

y=x-(19)/(6)

If x=-1, then:

\begin{gathered} y=-1-(19)/(6) \\ =-(25)/(6) \end{gathered}

Then, y=-25/6
