Given that :

GL = 4x - 2

GE = 3x + 2

GK = 2x + 8

we are to find GJ and GE

using the idea of slant angle, lets equate some sides in other to get x

GK = GL

2x + 8 = 4x - 2

collecting like terms

4x - 2x = 8 + 2

2x = 10

divide both sides by 2

2x/2 = 10/2

x = 5

Since GK = GJ

inputing x = 5 into GK

GK = 2x + 8

GK = 2(5) + 8

GK = 10 + 8

GK = 18

since GK = 18, GJ = 18

GE = 3x + 2

recall x = 5

GE = 3(5) + 2

GE = 15 + 2

GE = 17

Therefore,

GJ = 18

GE = 17
