In this case, we have a messenger RNA (mRNA) and a transfer RNA (tRNA) with its propper amino acid attached, so we can say that the purple box next to serine must be labeled as amino acid meanwhile the other purple box should be labeled as anticodon, leaving the start and stop codon free. These two options cannot be because the sequence of these codons is quite specific, AUG for start, UAA, UAG, and UGA for stop, and none of these sequences are depicted in the image.
