Since we have the following probabilities:


\begin{gathered} P(1)=P(4)=(1)/(4) \\ P(2)=P(3)=P(5)=P(6)=(1)/(8) \end{gathered}

then, this is not a fair game, since Andrew has a 1/4 probability of winning and Liz has a 1/8 probability of winning
