B cells have two types of response, one is dependent on T cells, and the other is not dependent. In the first case, B cells are activated by helper T cells, that way a B cell with antibodies is produced. Therefore the order is as follows:
Helper T cells recognize antigens from foreign invaders (2)
Activated B cell produces specific plasma cells (4)
Helper T cell activates B cells (3)
Plasma cells release antibodies that kill the pathogen (5)
The pathogen enters the body (1)
