Solution

For this case we can do the following:

(x^2-2x-3)(3x^2+4x-1)

And we can multiply and we got:

3x^4+4x^3-x^2-6x^3-8x^2+2x-9x^2-12x+3

and if we simplify we got:

3x^4-2x^3-18x^2-10x+3
