Function given:

f(x)=3x^3+3x^2+3

To get f(-1), we have to replace x by -1 as follows:

f(-1)=3(-1)^3+3(-1)^2+3

f(-1)=3\cdot(-1)+3\cdot1+3

f(-1)=-3+3+3

Answer:

f(-1)=3
