Let's see

Step 1

1.5, this can be represented as


(3)/(2)

so, 1.5 is a rational number

Step 2

13/3, this is the ratio of 2 integers so it is a rational number

Step 3

0.3333

this number can be


0.3333=(1)/(3)

so, Again it is the ratio of 2 integers, then, 0.3333 is a rational number
