Given that radius of tyre is, r= 31 cm = 0.31 m and linear speed of car is, v = 15 m/s

To find the angular speed.

Formula to find angular speed,

\omega=(v)/(r)

Substituting the values, we get angular speed,

\begin{gathered} \omega=(15)/(0.31) \\ =48.38s^(-1) \end{gathered}

Thus, angular speed is 48.38 per second.
