From the graph (a pie chart), we have that the percent of people that go to Eye Surgery is 5%.

We have that total is 500 people. We, therefore, need to get the 5% of 500 to get the number of those that go for eye surgery, then:


(5)/(100)\cdot500\text{ = 25}

Then, for eye surgery, we have 25 people in total, according to chart.
