Answer:

y = -x - 2

Explanation:

y = x + 2 {Compare with y = mx + c}

Slope = m1 = 1

Slope of the line S = m2 = -1/m1 = -1/1 = -1

(-6 , 4)

y -y1 = m (x -x1)

y - 4 = (-1)(x - [-6] )

y -4 = (-1)(x + 6)

y -4 = (-1)*x + (-1) *6

y - 4 = -x - 6

y = -x - 6 + 4

y = -x - 2
