To find the slope of the line, use this equation,
m=(y2-x2)/(y1-x1) or
(rise)/(run) to solve for slope. Pick any two points on the line and use the equation that I mentioned to solve for slope m.


m=(5-2)/(1-0) =(3)/(1) =3 I chose (0, 2) and (1, 5) to find the slope

Once you find the slope, write the equation in y=mx+b form to find what b is with one of the points given.


2=3(0)+b
