The slope-intercept form.

y = mx + b

m= (y2-y1)/ (x2-x1)

y-intercept is (0, b)

point-slope form

(y - y1) = m (x - x1)

Replacing (5,-2).

(y - (-2)) = m (x - 5)

m= 0

(y - (-2)) = 0* (x - 5)

y = 2 (this is a horizontal line in 2)

(0, 2)
