In this problem we can use the trigonometric identities to find the hight so we can use the sin identiti:


\sin (\theta)=(oposite)/(hypothenus)

So in our problem will be:


\sin (63)=(x)/(220)

and we solve for x so:


\begin{gathered} 220\sin (63)=x \\ 196=x \end{gathered}
