Using slope-intersect form, the equation for any linear function is

y=mx+b

m is the slope

b is the y-intercept

The y-intercept of any linear function is where the line crosses the y-axis. Is the value of y when x=0. Looking at the table, when x=0 y=3, so the coordinates for the y-intercept are (0, 3)

To calculate the slope of the line you need to use two points crossed by it, for example (1, 6) and (0, 3)

The formula to calculate the slope is

m=(y_1-y_2)/(x_1-x_2)

Replace the formula with the selected points

m=(6-3)/(1-0)=(3)/(1)=3

The slope of the line is m=3

So the equation for the linear equation of y in function of x is

y=3x+3
