The photosynthetic process is an inverse process of respiration where a molecule of glucose is produced hence the carbon fixation, an O2 is released as a subproduct, this oxygen comes from a molecule of water, the acts as the final acceptor of the electron after Phostosystems II and I. So the correct answer is water.
