Vertex 3 = (8, 2)

Given that:

Perimeter, P = 18 units

Perimeter of a square = 4s ; s = side length

18 = 4s

s = 18/4

s = 4.5 units

If Vertex 1 = (3.5, 2) and all vertexes are located in quadrant 1

Vertex 2 = (3.5, 2+4.5) = (3.5, 6.5)

Vertex 3 = (3.5+4.5, 2) = (8, 2)
