P=0.29

1) The first thing to ponder is that the question tells us that "Given the recipient is female." So we cannot count the men in the sample space.

2) So, we can write out the following:

\begin{gathered} P(A|B)=(P(A\cap B))/(P(B)) \\ P(A)=P(the\:degree\;\:is\:not\:bachelor^(\prime)s) \\ P(B)=P(Female)_ \\ \\ P(A|B)=(344)/(1172)=(86)/(293)=0.29 \end{gathered}

Note that since the point here is to count from a sample space with only women, we can add up all the women from the table: 1172 and the ones who got an associate's degree (344)
