m = (y - y1)/(x - x1) \\ - 3 = (y - 6)/(x - ( - 8)) \\ - 3 = (y - 6)/(x + 8) \\ y - 6 = - 3(x + 8) \\ y - 6 = - 3x - 24 \\ y = - 3x - 24 + 6 \\ y = - 3x - 18
