we have that

The rule of the trnsformation is

(x,y) ------> (-2+y,-x)

step 1

Find the coordinates of the preimage

so

we have

A(1,1)

B(1,2)

C(2,3)

D(2,1)

step 2

Find the coordinates of the image

Applying the rule

A(1,1) -------> A'(-2+1,-1)

A'(-1,-1)

B(1,2) ------> B'(-2+2,-1)

B'(0,-1)

C(2,3) ------> C'(-2+3,-2)

C'(1,-2)

D(2,1) ------> D'(-2+1,-2)

D'(-1,-2)

step 3

Plot the image

using a graphing tool

pLot the points

A'(-1,-1), B'(0,-1),C'(1,-2) and D'(-1,-2)

see the attached figure
