we have a system of inequalities

x-y > 1 -----> -y > -x+1 ------> y < x-1

The solution of the first inequality is the shaded area below the dashed line y=x-1

Second inequality

y ≥-1

The solution of the second inequality is the shaded area above the solid line y=-1

therefore

the solution of the system of inequalities is the shaded area below the dashed line y=x-1 and the shaded area above the solid line y=-1
