Given a triangle WXY with coordinates

\begin{gathered} W(1,6),X(3,1),Y(1,1) \\ \end{gathered}

With the image of the transformation W'X'Y' coordinates as

W^(\prime)(-6,1),X^(\prime)(-1,3),Y(-1,1)

The transformation rule is

(x,y)\Rightarrow(-y,x)

From the transformation rule above, it is observed that the triangle has been rotated 90° counter-clockwise about the origin

The correct option is D
