We have to select the option which represents a direct variation.

The equation of a direct variation is y = kx. That means all the points satisfies for the same value of k.

For the first point, the value of k is y/x = 4/3. For the second point, k = 8/6 = 4/3. So, we can see that for all set of points, the value of k is same. Thus, first option represents the direct variation.

The second option also has the form y = kx, where k = -2/3. Thus, the second option also represents the direct variation.

The third option cannot be converted into the form y = kx. Thus, the third option does not represent the direct variation.

The graph of an equation represents direct variation always passes through the origin. The graph in the fourth option passes through the origin. Thus, the fourth option also represents the direct variation.

Thus, the first, the second and the fourth options are correct. The third option is incorrect.
