Explanation-:

The rate of change is:


=(\Delta y)/(\Delta x)

If a < 0 so rate of change is negative.

2)

In equation :


y=ax^2+bx+c

In graphical significance of value "b" is:

The value of "b" shifts the graph is horizontal ( that mean the graph shift negative or positive x-axis.)

3)

In a quadratic equation value of "c"

The graph passes the y -axis at the value of "c" if the value of "C" is positive then graph pass positive y-axis if the value of "c" is negative then graph pass negative y-axis.
