first we miltiply by the number of seconds on a hour(3600) to change the unitis to hours

\begin{gathered} 55.523*3600 \\ =199882.8 \end{gathered}

so the velocity is 199882.8 meters/hour

now transform the meters on kilometers dividing between 1000

(199882.8)/(1000)=199.8828

the new velocity is 199.8828 kilometers/hour
