The given equation is

f(x) = sin(- 4x)

Recall that

Sin(- x) = - Sin(x)

Thus, the equation becomes

f(x) = - sin(4x)

We would substitute values of x into the equation and find the corresponding values of y. We have

if x = 0, f(x) = - Sin(4 * 0) = 0

The graph is shown below
