m1= mass 1 = 3kg

W1 = weight 1 = 6 N

First, we have to calculate the gravity of the planet.

w = m g

Where g is gravity

w1 = m1 g

Replacing

6 N = 3 kg g

6 N / 3 kg = g

g = 2 m/s^2

Now, for object 2.

w2 = 8 N

w2 = m2 g

8N = m2 (2 m/s^2)

8 N / 2 m/s^2 = m2

m2 = 4 kg
