Solution

Red = 10

Green= 4

Blue = 8

Total = 22

P ( red and green ) = P ( red ) X P(green )

P(red) = number of red balls / total number of balls

P(red) = 10/22

P(green) = 4/22

\begin{gathered} =(10)/(22)*(4)/(22) \\ \\ =(40)/(484) \\ \\ =(10)/(121) \\ \end{gathered}

NOTE : The use of 'AND ' in probability simply means multiplying the probabilities
