Given:


\begin{gathered} x+2y=1 \\ -2x+y=-4 \end{gathered}

Find: draw the given lies on the graph.


\begin{gathered} x+2y=1 \\ (x)/(1)+(y)/((1)/(2))=1 \\ \end{gathered}

so the line passes through the point


(1,(1)/(2))

and


\begin{gathered} -2x+y=-4 \\ (x)/(2)+(y)/(-4)=1 \end{gathered}

so the line passes through the point (2,-4).
