Total amount he spend = $4610

Let x is the number of wings He bought

Since the cost of one wing is $7.75

So, the cost of x wings are x(7.75) dollars

Let the y is the number of hot dogs

SInce the cost of one hot dog = $4.25

So, the cost of y hot dogs are y(4.25) dollars

SInce he had only $4610 So, he cann't pay more than or equal tp 4610

So, the inequality will be
