colinear points are points that does not lie on a single line. If there are three colinear points, it means that no line passes through the three points

From diagram, points A, D and C are non- colinear points as no line passes through all the points.

A ray in geometry is a line with a fixed starting point but no end point. So the line starting from B passing through D is an example of a ray . The arrow shows that the line has no end. So BD is a ray.

The intersection point is the point at which two lines meet. So, AC meets BD at intersection point B.

A line segment is a part of a line that has two end points. AC is a line segment with two end points A and C.

A line is a straight path of lines that has no beginning and end points. AC is a line .
