If Marsha needs 215.6 sq. ft.covered. And if the laminate is sold in cartons that cover 25sq. ft., how many cartons should Marsha buy?

Hello!

To find how many cartons Marsha should buy, we can make a division, look:


(215.6)/(25)=8.624

As it is impossible to buy 0.624 cartons, we have to round it.

So, Marsha should buy 9 cartons.
