Answer: 1.9%

The percent error formula is
(accepted-experimental)/(accepted) so input our values also keep in mind when we do percent error we use absolute error which means no negative percentages so 470-479/470= -9/470 or 9/470

as a decimal 9/470 is 0.019 or 1.9% so the answer is 1.9%
