Graphs can show a visual relationship of two quantities over time, or over other value used to determine change. It show [Both graph and equation] a relationship between quantities by looking at the change.

When a variable takes a value, the other[s] take a new one, and that describes change. And that change can be "predicted" as logn as certern conditions are met.
