Let's solve the inequality:
[tex]\begin{gathered} -12<-3x+9<24 \\ -12-9<-3x<24-9 \\ -21<-3x<15 \\ -15<3x<21 \\ -\frac{15}{3}
Therefore, the solution of the inequality is:
