We have to calculate the value of a^2*b, where a = 2i and b = -3+4i:

\begin{gathered} a^2b=(2i)^2\cdot(-3+4i) \\ 2^2\cdot i^2\cdot(-3+4i) \\ 4\cdot(-1)\cdot(-3+4i)_{} \\ -4\cdot(-3+4i) \\ 12-16i \end{gathered}

The value of a^2*b is 12-16i.
