From the graph, it is seen that one line passes through the point (5,5).

(5,5) satisfies the equation -2x+y=-5

The another line passes through the points (1.5,0) and (0,6).

If we consider the line -x+y=6, it passes through the point (0,6), but doesn't pass through (1.5,0).

But the line 4x+y=6 passes through the points (1.5,0) and (0,6).

Hence, the equatiosn of the line sare

4x+y=6

-2x+y=-5

Hence, the correct option is (C)
