Conduction is heat transfer by phisical contact. In a macroscopic scale matter is stationary and heat or energy is transferred from particle to particle. Since heat moves from particle to particle is the slowest way of transferring heat.

In convection the heat is being transferred by the movement of a fluid. And in radiation we don't require any medium for heat transfer since it takes place electromagnetic waves. They are faster than conduction.

Answer: True. Because energy is transferred from particle to particle.
