20 with pool

12 without pool

Ratio of number of families who have a pool to the number of families who do not have a pool = 20/12

Answer:

3 ways of writing the ratio:

20/12 = 10/6 = 5/3

All the 3 ways of writing this ratio have the same value, they all are equal
