Explanation:

It's already in a form that only ha positive exponents. Just to state it though you could rewrite it as
k*(4k^(4))^(-1) or
k*4^(-1)*k^(-4) The question asks for positive exponents though so yu don't need to do that.

You also need to know
(x^a)/(x^b)=x^(a-b) so in this case
(k)/(k^4)=(k^1)/(k^4) =k^(1-4)=k^(-3)=(1)/(k^3)

so
(k)/(4k^4)=(1)/(4)*(k)/(k^4)=(1)/(4)*(1)/(k^3)=(1)/(4k^3)
